  We bought a special order light fixture in late January and the team member who helped us was AWESOME! She was super helpful and friendly. I don’t remember her name (sorry, I’m a jerk) but she was tall and wore a head wrap. She’s amazing and an asset! However, the rest of the experience was not so good. I got a confirmation email that the item was at the store and when my husband came to pick it up, no one could locate it. We are both working parents who live 30ish minutes from the nearest Menards, so this was especially frustrating. The staff member suggested he come back later but he insisted they ship the item to our home, which they did. They made it right, but the inconvenience of driving out to Ballwin and coming home empty handed was really disappointing.
